Frequently Asked Questions

I have already been paid and the insurance company has closed their file. Is it too late for you to help me?

NO. You can still get money, even if you’ve already been paid! Florida generally allows up to five years to settle a claim from the date of loss. If you do not feel you were paid the right amount and would like us to review your claim, just let us know. We provide a FREE claim assessment. You will owe nothing unless we obtain more money for you. Let Maximum Insurance Adjusters Inc. open or re-open your claim and get you the maximum amount you are entitled to on your claim. We have the experience and skills needed to negotiate and re-negotiate your claim to ensure you are paid the maximum possible settlement under the policy.

Should I wait to get an offer from my insurance company before engaging a Public Adjuster?

NO.  Upon first inspecting your property your insurance company makes a dollar evaluation (an estimated "reserve") on your loss. While this dollar evaluation takes place, your property will be left in a state of disrepair or even uninhabitable. This will require you to put your personal life or business dealings on hold until the insurance company returns with an offer on the damage that you may not like.  You may find that it is inadequate to cover your expenses.  Waiting for your insurance company to make an offer on your claim will produce slower and less desirable results on your claim.  By retaining Maximum Insurance Adjusters the moment damage occurs you will be able to start getting your life back in order, while we deal with your insurance company.  Maximum Insurance Adjusters will work tirelessly to secure the highest settlement amount, as soon as possible, under the terms of your policy.  Hiring Maximum Insurance Adjusters to deal with possible problems before they happen can help you avoid misunderstandings, delays, and settlement reductions.  Let us deal with your insurance company, so you don’t have to.

What services will you provide as my Public Adjuster?

Once you hire Maximum Insurance Adjusters to handle your claim, we will immediately inspect, photograph and document all the damages. We will evaluate the damage to your property and write our own estimate of the loss.  Writing our own estimate helps us negotiate your claim for a higher settlement and make sure that all aspects of your claim are addressed.  Once this process is completed, Maximum Insurance Adjusters will contact your insurance company to setup an inspection or a re-inspection of your property.  Maximum Insurance Adjusters will meet the insurance company’s adjuster at your property, supply them with all the necessary paperwork, and thoroughly review the details of your claim with them.  Once the insurance company’s adjuster writes his estimate based on our inspection of your loss, we will begin negotiating your claim.  We strive to get payment issued to our clients as soon as possible, whether through an initial partial payment or full payment of the settlement.  If partial payment is issued, Maximum Insurance Adjusters will pursue re-inspection, mediation, or even appraisal to ensure our clients get the maximum settlement under the policy for their loss.

Will my claim be settled faster if I higher Maximum Insurance Adjusters?
