Joseph Sabbagh, PA is an all-lines Public Adjuster licensed and bonded in the state of Florida, as well as an Appraiser and certified Umpire.  He is an active member of the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) and the Windstorm Insurance Network, Inc.  Joseph also writes for the Miami Herald’s Ask The Expert section online; a question and answer forum for readers to address any issues regarding insurance claims and policies.  Joseph continues to advance his skills and knowledge in the field of insurance and public adjusting on a regular basis through intensive continuing education classes, course work, and hands-on training.  Joseph has taken a variety of continuing education classes on water damage restoration, appraisal and restoration of fine art and Oriental and Persian rugs, fire causation and investigation, sinkholes, hurricanes, insurance policies, changes in insurance legislation, ethics, mediation, the appraisal process, incorrect insurance policies, bad faith, liability claims, etc.
